Made in France

In March 2020, the Iris Ohyama group, which has been manufacturing masks in its factories in China since 2007, decided to invest in the Lieusaint site, in France, in order to develop local production of masks. The objective for our company is to be able to offer a local, sustainable and quality supply for these products.

We will install 30 surgical mask manufacturing lines by February 2021, which will ultimately produce between 70 and 80 million masks per month. Our desire is to become one of the main mask manufacturers in France and in Europe, by relying on an automated manufacturing process, making it possible to guarantee the best level of quality.

Mask production

Currently, we have three factories for domestic production. We will continue to expand production bases in the United States, South Korea and France. Also, we will provide a stable supply through in-house manufactoring of parts such as ear loop and melt blown fabric.
